On the long weekend in October, 350 Scouts, Venturers and Leaders from the Far South Area, as well as Sydney, Victoria, Orange, Gunning, Yass and even Brazil attended the 34th Annual Jamborette, held at Moruya Showgrounds.
It was a fantastic Pirate Themed weekend, with activities as diverse as "Walk the Plank" (Flying Fox), "Canoe Battle Ship", "Pirate Maze", "Cutlass Fighting" "Cannonball run"(Zorb Balls), "Abandon Ship" (Giant Slide), Pirate DInner, Trailer winching, Sumo Wrestling, “Man the Mast” (crate stacking) “Cannonade” Broadside Cannon Battle; Buccaneers Banquet and many more to keep the kids busy.
