Formal dinner at McDonalds June 2014
It was a cool winter evening, but the Venturers turned out in their finest evening wear for a formal dinner at McDonald’s Bega. The table was set with table cloth, plates, cutlery, serviettes, as well as Candles and flowers. Appropriate background music was also provided.

What more can I say, the title says it all. 5 Venturers, 4 friends and 1 leader all turned up in their finest for the evening. The girls dressed down - daggy clothes , beards and moustaches. The boys dressed up. fingernails painted, high heel shoes, dress's, and makeup. What a sight !!!

Venturers 1st Aid Course Nov 2014
On the 14th and 15th Nov, Cobargo Venturers attended a "Provide 1st Aid" training course, hosted by the Batemans Bay Scout Group. This Course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide 1st aid to a casualty. The course consisted of two components, online training that was completed before the course, as well as the practical evening at Batemans Bay.
